Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return:

    • Contact us via our Contact Us page, or send us an email at marvellousminifigures@mail.com to initiate the return process.
    • Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Prepare Your Return:

    • Carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
    • Include the proof of purchase or a copy of your order number.
  3. Ship Your Return:

    • Ship the item(s) to the following address:

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Please note that premium shipping costs are non-refundable. If a return is authorised, premium shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • To expedite the exchange process, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately via our Contact Us page, or send an email to marvellousminifigures@mail.com.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.

International Returns

  • For international returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, duties, and taxes.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for international returns.
